1. Personal Relations Management |
· Ensure compliance with the labor law · Periodically reviews and ensures access to the Employee Handbook (hard copy or intranet) by all employees to ensure they are properly informed on key Personnel policies and procedures · Ensures the effective updating and management HR information system to allow for efficient and consistent administration of HR policies and procedures and effective and accurate record keeping across the Company · Ensures that all necessary employees receive the necessary support and information on all employment matters · Establishes and operates an effective grievance procedure · Oversees the implementation of disciplinary procedures within Nesma & Partners |
