Job Description
• Familiar with company policy procedure for issuing tickets.
• Familiar with air ticket bookings, comparing various options for economical ticket purchase
• Familiar with reissuing tickets, liaisons with airlines for coordination, cancellation etc.
• Familiar with issuing of boarding passes
• Familiar with Hotel bookings (if necessary through airline offices), transportation arrangements, visa coordination etc.
• Familiar with verification of accounts statement from the travel agencies, and issue payment orders to finance for processing payments
• Familiar with segregating Employee Business Travels and Vacation tickets issuing
• Familiar with filing system for record keeping
• Familiar to issue employee Medical Insurance, life insurance and Projects insurance etc.
• Maintaining bookkeeping procedures for future reference.
Skills
• Computer literate, with basic skills on MS office, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of programs as Microsoft Offs
• Strong knowledge of all relevant government regulations and laws
• Time management
• Punctuality
• Organization skills
• Good level English
