Job Description
Monitor all workshop daily activities.
Allocate work to all supervisors according to priority lists.
Follow up on all spare parts in stock and Purchase requests.
Maintain workshop equipment and machinery in order to maintain smooth operation of work.
Coordinate with all spare parts and maintenance providers for cranes and heavy equipment.
Provide all training needed for subordinates in all needed maintenance needs.
Maintain workshop budget and monitor all cost items.
Recommend improvements to PMV Department’s policies, and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
Skills
6-8 years of experience in the field.
Experience in heavy equipment machinery.
Experience in diesel mechanics.
