1.     Planning

·          Develop Work Package for Timesheet registration

·          Package the project into scope of work

·          Develop an RFP and Understand its content

·          Coordinate inputs from material department into the plan

·          Model Client invoicing

·          Setup Program and Project based schedules with multi project environment

·          Develop Level 1 & 2 of the schedule

·          Understand the different techniques in request for EOT

·          Evaluate change order scope

·          Impact change order scope in Schedule

·          Perform 2-weeks look ahead, progress schedule, recovery plans, accelerated plans

·          Analyze Subcontractor schedule performance

·          Analyze Internal Efficiency reports

·          Develop Events for EOT

·          Argue Disruption Costs

·          Develop plans for reforecast

·          Track and monitor major equipment long lead and other material items

2.     Scheduling

·          Develop WBS & CBS and Encode in planning software

·          Create Activity Duration

·          Develop Resource coding and MH per activity level

·          Perform Resource Loading / Leveling tasks

·          Develop Level 3 & 4 of the schedule

·          Maintain Milestone Schedule

·          Develop Work step for Progress Registration

·          Develop variance analysis, responsibility float consumption

·          Develop earned value reporting

·          Reflect change order scope on the schedule and perform variance analysis

·          Reflect Events for EOT with categorization

·          Perform 2 to 3 EOT Techniques

·          Link, modify linkages of proper sequence in planning software

·          Understand SPI, CPI

·          Develop structured reporting for different departments and summarize electronically progress performance

·          Develop all Client Reporting

·          Track and monitor project manpower levels to include direct, indirect, support and idle

·          Plan and schedule all aspects of the project such as Engineering, Procurement, Submittals, drawing Construction, Testing & Commissioning and beyond, in coordination with all parties in the project and/or Head Office

·          Develop S Curve for Engineering Effort, Procurement Progress and Construction Progress

3.     Budgeting

·          Assign Cost Components and Cost Types

4.     Cost Control

·          Forecast remaining labor Hours

·          Forecast remaining Equipment Requirements

·          Determine trends of scope of work activity productivity performed by own resources

5.     Project Control

·          Illustrate Project Planning, Actual Performance and Project Status graphically

·          Develop Client Invoice Breakdown Structure

6.     Subcontracting

·          Liaise with Subcontractor Planning team

·          Approve Subcontractor Schedule

·          Administer Subcontractor request of EOT

7.     Reporting

·          Supervise Timekeeper output, Equipment Records and Daily Manpower Reporting

·          Create statistical reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis

8.     Policies, Processes, and Procedures

·          Implement approved department’s policies, processes, and procedures

·          Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

·          Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

·          Support in monitoring day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures

9.     Safety, Health, and Environment

·          Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

·          Participate in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls
