Job Description
- Prepare complex Bills of Quantities in logical fashion and compliant with project specific methods of measurement rules
- Identify and measure complex variations
- Evaluate variations including new rate build up
- Identify contractual and commercial risks
- Prepare draft contractual and commercial correspondence
- Prepare complete and optimized interim payment applications (IPA), complying with contract procedures and in timely manner
- Maintain payment logs and variation logs
- Report and discuss all contentious issues with MQS or PCM or CM and seek way forward
- Review Site purchase requests for major purchases/subcontracts
- Manage subcontractor contractual and commercial matters
Skills
Commercial Awareness, Advanced excel capabilities, and basic AutoCAD for quantities
