Generate & Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records (FSG)
Maintain general ledger, Cash flow & forecast & perform facility related work
Day to day review & verify the accuracy & process of all accounting transactions
Compilation & Maintain Module Level Process of the Accounting system
Facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
Prepare monthly template based Reporting Package of Corporate office
Assist with company audits
Accruals, fixed-assets, revenue and cost recognition, variance analysis,
Verification of monthly vat return & GOSI Recon
Support work for Budget & Planning with RFM.
Supervisory Support & Checking work: monthly payroll process work, Employee recurring benefits related cost & calculation, Employee final benefits, Verification of HRMS, payroll & benefits related Data
Monitor all finance activities
Establish departmental and employee goals
Monitor and report key performance parameters to ensure department is running as efficiently as possible
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and enhancing the business
Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies
Skills
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Financial software, HRMS
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
