Job Description
- Develop strategies to solicit new business.
- Actively pursue growth opportunities by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
- Network and market company services.
- Respond to incoming queries and maintain consistent follow-up on customer issues.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, sales visits, and conferences.
- Develop and conduct customer presentations and sales/project proposals.
- Post client meeting, prepare reports that document key discussion points and follow up actions.
- Assist departments in preparation and negotiation of quotes, bids, RFPs for customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
- Document and keep records of all proposals/estimates.
- Prepare sales plans and reports.
- Communicate customer needs and expectations to other departments.
