* تتوفر الشواغر الوظيفية في المدن التالية : ( حائل - بريدة )
- Direct sales at Nesma Airlines sales offices
- Deal with customers’ problems & inquiries in order to resolve it and report complaints & suggestions to the management of the company
- Communicate and Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare clear work plans (daily / weekly / monthly) and make periodic improvements.
- Implementing policies and programs of Sales Department
- Review sales, prepare sales reports before the end of the business day and send it to the management. Sales records saving organization.
- البيع المباشر في مكاتب نسما للطيران
- الاهتمام بمشاكل العملاء والمساعدة في حلها ، والإجابة على استفساراتهم ونقل الشكاوى والاقتراحات إلى إدارة الشركة
- بناء العلاقات والتواصل الدائم مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- إعداد خطط عمل واضحة (يومية / أسبوعية / شهرية) وإجراء التحسينات الدورية عليها.
- تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الخاصة بإدارة المبيعات لنسما للطيران
- مراجعة المبيعات ، إعداد تقارير المبيعات في نهاية يوم العمل وإرسالها إلى الإدارة. حفظ وتنظيم سجلات المبيعات
Skills
- Preferred experience in booking systems HITT / GDS.
- Ability to deal with various customer categories and personalities.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Communication skills and ability to build relations with different customers
- Computer proficiency.
- English language spoken and written.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Communicate in the best ways to convince the Customer.

- القدرة على التعامل مع مختلف اصناف وشخصيات العملاء.
- القدرة على تحمل تحت ضغط العمل.

- إجادة استخدام الحاسب آلي.
- معرفة متوسطة باللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
