Job Description

Objective: to lead our sales department. Responsible for driving and closing new business for company services and solutions.

Description:

  • Managing all activities and operations of the sales department, researching and identifying sales opportunities and generate leads for the company.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control. Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies.
  • Planning and organizing Sales staff daily work schedule.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in information services (BPM, Automation, AI, BI, Development)
  • Proven experience in building and managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Ability to forecasting and achieve consistent revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Mentoring, coaching, leadership and development skills
  • Experience in sales training, sales methodologies, and disciplined sales approach
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; negotiation skills and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement, trust, and followership.
  • Innovative, proactive, highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results.

Education

Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
