Job Description
- Arrive to work on time
- Greet, assist and direct any visitors
- Receive public inquiries and direct them to the suitable department or employee to respond to the request
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Provide callers with basic company information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Take adequate messages when required and relay them in a timely manner
- Receive any deliveries at reception and redirect mail within the organization
- Ensure the front office and reception remain clean and tidy at all times
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
