Job Description
Short Description: Preparation of Variations & Claims.
- Preparation of Variations and supporting documents.
- Preparation of Claims and supporting documents.
- Assist in the resolution of Disputes.
- Forensic Analysis for Extension of Time.
- Keeping a record of, analyzing and assessing the Delay Events.
- Co-ordination with all the departments. Data collection.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Estimation of materials, logistics, labor and resources.
- Rate Analysis.
- Cost Analysis and Cost Management.
- Preparation of monthly Valuations.
- Drafting of contractual correspondences.
- Preparation of presentations.
- Contract Management and Contract Administration.
- Knowledge of Planning.
Skills
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC Contract Conditions.
- Fluent in Auto CAD, MS Office, Primavera.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Education / Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- 8 – 10 years of experience in the field of QS & Contracts.
- Gulf Experience needed.
