Project Control Manager

• Managing all planning/scheduling-related tasks in various disciplines of the project (Construction, Bus, ITS, Training, etc.)
• Supervision of Periodic Updates of Internal/External Schedules and Coordination with Subcontractors
• Submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports
• Preparation of Internal/External Project Progress Presentations, Dashboards
• Coordination with Design Team about possible change effects on project schedules
• Coordination with All Departments in Project for Clear Follow-up with Progress Updates (Procurement, Construction, Design, Bus, ITS, Contract, Finance, Operation, Training, etc.)
• Preparation of Delay Analysis for Claim Files
• Tracking All Letters and Correspondences with Client and Other External Stakeholders
• Supportive Quantity Surveying (QS) Tasks for Project Team (BOQ Tables, Resource & Productivity Analysis, etc.)
• Supervision of Site Visits of Planning Team for Progress Review
• Supportive Studies for Risk Management (Periodical Time-related Risk Awareness Meetings)
• Support for Operational Planning Team
• Other PM-related Tasks assigned by Project Director of Head of PM

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering (mostly preferable) or any other Engineering Discipline
• 10+ years of job experience, at least 5 years of Technical Office/Planning(with Primavera P6) Experience
• PMP or similar worldwide-known certification will be significant plus
• Expert/Advanced Level of Primavera P6 Knowledge
• Knowledge about FIDIC form of Contracts
• Fluency in MS Office Programs
• Knowledge about ACONEX will be a plus
• Advanced Level of English Language Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills, Solution-oriented Approach
• Good Listener, Good Presenter, Well Note Taker, Proactive Team Member
• Good Interpersonal Communication Skills (with People from Different Cultures etc.)
