Implement the procurement strategies to acquire all materials and services, utilizing and enhancing supply chain management capabilities.
Ensure all procurement processes, transactions and external business relations are in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, and highest standards of ethics.
Regularly monitor market developments and pricing trends and accordingly conduct negotiations for better and competitive purchase costs.
Follow up until delivery of materials at site and closing the PO.
Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among suppliers. Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
Full responsibilities for all company assets from planning stage, procurement, maintenance, management till depreciation
Skills
Graduate Engineer, Procurement related certification, MBA.
5+ Years of job experience in EPC Company
Excellent interpersonal, communications, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to act quickly and decisively
Well knowledge in using Oracle or any similar ERP system.

Education
