Job Description
• Receiving purchase requests from the different departments.
• Getting quotations for bidding or for the purchase of all material, software, contracts and services
• First level of control on ensuring that what is bought is requested by the customers.
• Placing pre-approved purchase orders
• Maintaining healthy relations with suppliers and providers.
• Controlling the storage of materials to be kept in stock for future sale.
• Providing finance with the needed document for supplier payments
