Planning Manager

Preparation of overall Project time schedules containing all activities (Electrical, Civil, Electro Mechanical and Testing) till final completion of project.

Monitoring the construction progress reports.

Attending site coordination meetings organized by the client or project manager or Projects/Division manager if requested.

Reporting progress weekly and monthly to high management.

Monitoring of ongoing projects and prepare critical path.

Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on critical issues.

Preparation of projects budget, oversees expenditures and invoices according to client requirement.

Interprets and evaluates legal documents and relevant legislation to assess impact on projects.

Offering employee trainings and development in the field of planning.
