Job Description
- Support the development and execution of the Regional Office’s operational plan.
- Operation services related to projects, international freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, finance and administrations related activities.
- Involved in the Management decision making and marketing plan and reports to Regional Manager.
- Coordination with shipping agent, transport company and airline agencies.
- Supervision of cargo handling and documentation.
- Preparations or quotations for various services, customs clearance (inbound / outbound) air and sea.
- Communication with destination agents / DHL Global Forwarding Net work and all other related responsible jobs etc.
- Ensure that the operation of the organization meets expectations of clients
- Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of Company goals
- Prepare monthly report to the Regional Manager
- Oversee job performance of Operation departments managers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and government authorities
- Advise on business development opportunities.
