Job Description
- Arrange for payments of customs duty and port fees.
- Update daily reports regarding status of shipments.
- Update “POLEP” (integrated in house networking software) for cleared and delivered shipments and customs clearance details.
- Collect job file from translation team.
- Follow up on printing of import customs declaration form (pre-Bayan).
- Ensure accuracy of customs documentation.
- Prepare customs duty checks when required.
- Update client relationship team on clearance status.
- Follow up on consignee authorization registration.
- File required supporting documents before submitting to the pre-billing team.
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
