Job Description
- Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving problems with printers, copiers, fax machines and networks
- Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software
- Ensure anti-virus software is up to date
- Track and maintain inventory of all office computing equipment
- Monitor, order and distribute computer supplies
- Provide training to staff on use of computer applications and systems
- Ensure routine backups are performed
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
