Job Description
- Maintenance of office computers, hotels, laptops & other IT equipment of end users & clients (within premises)
- Follow-up of the Networks, OS & other applications
- Follow up with Oracle Team and other group resources under the supervision of IT Manager
- Follow-up of the company's servers under the supervision of the IT Manager
- Take proper action to secure backups & security issues, if any
- Follow-up with outsources and maintain third party applications
- Follow-up of Bio metric devices & surveillance of Head Office
- Communicate with employees in any problem that may occur on their devices and repair them
- Guidance and training for all applications, advising end users under the supervision of senior staff & the IT Manager
Skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent in English language
