Job Description
• Set up insurance cover and communicate with associates to verify needed insurance coverage and to obtain needed background information.
• Examine claims form and other records to determine insurance coverage.
• Collect evidence to support contested claims.
• Correspond with agents and claimants to correct errors or omissions and to investigate questionable claims.
• Investigate and assess damage to property.
• Negotiate claim settlements and recommend litigation when settlement cannot be negotiated.
• Prepare report of findings of investigation.
• Refer questionable claims to investigator or claims adjuster for investigation or settlement.
• Supervise & Support the department for any additional written tasks.
• Apply & Implement the Company's Codes of Conduct.

Skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency (SAMA) regulations.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft suite of programs.
• Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
