Job Description
Install and configure computer applications
Well versed in Networking (LAN) and with its applicable software/applications (Windows Servers, SQL Server, and Microsoft applications, etc.)
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
All around IT technical support within the company to handle all software applications and hardware issues.
Can troubleshoot, support and maintain application incidents including it configuration or customization.
ERP implementation and administration. Supporting the roll-out of new applications, with particular reference to ERP
Website CMS updating
Google apps services Maintenance.
Java Environment setup.
Browser security configuration.
ActiveX installation.
Skills
Sound technical knowledge about IT application, security of systems and latest developments in the field.
Good interpersonal communication, Strong analytical Skill, Strong problem- solving skills, windows operating system environment and MS desktop products knowledge.
