Job Description
- Support the implementation of the annual HR plan
- Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.
- Respond to employee requests and questions
- Ensure that company employees are aware of HR policies and procedures; provide advice and guidance when required.
- Implement new employee orientation program, in coordination with recruitment specialist,
- Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions/career paths and grading scale
- Assist with implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies
- Coordinate implementation of the performance management system
- Conduct exit interviews
- Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization upholding company values and staff morale
