Job Description
- Support the implementation of the annual HR plan.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.
- Respond to employee requests and questions.
- Ensure that company employees are aware of HR policies and procedures; provide advice and guidance when required.
- Implement new employee orientation program, in coordination with recruitment specialist.
- Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions/career paths and grading scale.
- Assist with implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Coordinate implementation of the performance management system.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
