Job Description
- Taking ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closure (end-to-end and provides a first and final point-of-contact for the employee/manager initiating the query.
- Manage employee attendance and payroll administration and to ensure that compensation are accurately and efficiently processed and implemented.
- Track and monitor employees in terms of absenteeism, sick leaves and overtime related matter and handle as per the policy and KSA labor law.
- Taking ownership and process employee vacations and settlement matters on time.
- Perform and manage all administrative activities related to the End of employment contract, termination, resignation, retirement, etc. according to the Saudi Labor Law and the Company policy.
- Understand and interpret the HR and company policies & procedures in order to translate them into information system solutions and integration.
- Oversee administration of employee relations matters relating, but not limited to: Business trip, corrective action, grievances, disputes, and separation in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.
- Streamline procedures at sites and head office.
- Update the Concerned HR representative to add/delete employee / dependent in Medical Insurance.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
- Close liaison with the Government relation officer to update any changes or amendment in labor law, etc. and coordinate to resolve all the court related matter.
- To input/scan document data (Employee File) into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes to legislation and Nesma Water & Energy activities, and ensure such changes are covered within all relevant safety, health, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls
Skills
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR operations and Payroll administration.
Fluent in English.
Personnel Management, Excellent Communication skills, Compliance, and Problem solving skills.
Good functional experience on MenaMe HR System.
Education
Human Resources or equivalent
