Job Description
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and
procedures.
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting
information for all financial transactions.
Oversee the operations of the finance department.
Support the forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing
operational requirements
Report to Directors and or CEO on variances from the established
budget, and the reasons for those variances
Other:
Contribute to developing an effective culture at Nesma, upholding
company values and staff morale
Maintain banking relationships, cooperatively with the Finance
Director and CEO.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
Good understanding of business and financial issues.
Communicate Effectively.

Education
Finance or accounting.
