Job Description
- Team management for Facilities' Civil, Electric and Mechanic works
- Facility HVAC maintenance
- Water treatment management, making required water analyzes and dosage
- Water treatment maintenance
- Fuel station management, following fuel deliveries and making required inspections on the fuel
- Fuel Station maintenance
- Bus stops maintenance
- Bus maintenance facility equipment maintenance
- Following bus parking area safety and security measures
- Following civil defense and all related regulations for facilities
Skills
- 3 years experience as a leadworker or 5 years experience in the construction, maintenance and equipment operation fields, at least 2 of those years must have been in supervisory capacity, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to read and edit renovation projects on CAD
- Liaise with Facility and Fleet management departments to ensure that Bus Depot facilities properly comply for public transport services
- Must have a knowledge of facility maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skill to lead the maintenance teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must have a knowledge of waste/environmental management systems, related regulations and ISO quality requirements
