Job Description
- Perform the relevant duties that are assigned by the supervisor
- commitment to implement all the company's policies and procedures
- work directly on the aircraft in times of processing before and after flights
- Re-try and sort the menu and magazines before and after each trip
- Reorder or change the menu and drinks on board
- Check the availability of the AirFi device Board the aircraft
- Send a daily and monthly report to the Nesma store, the sales cart, the AirFi and the magazine arrangement of the Austrian shop on board
- أداء الواجبات ذات الصلة التي يتم تعيينها من قبل المشرف
- الالتزام بتنفيذ جميع سياسات واجراءات الشركة
- مباشرة العمل علي الطائرات في اوقات التجهيز قبل الرحلات وبعدها
- اعادة تريب وفرز قائمة الطعام و المجلات
- اعادة ترتيب او تغير قائمة الطعام والمشروبات على متن الطائرة
- تحقق من توفير اجهزة AirFi على متن الطائرة علي متن الطائرات قبل الرحلة وارسال التقرير اليومي و شهريه لمتجر نسما الجويه ،عربة المبيعات ،AirFi و ترتيب مجلة متجر نمسا على متن الطائرة
Skills
- Has ability to deal with different customer categories and personalities.
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Has communication skills and ability to build relations and maintain business confidentiality
- Has ability to use computer and Microsoft programs
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to Speak, write and read English (at least level 5)
- Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree preferably from an engineering specialization

- حاصل على دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل من لدية تخصص هندسة
