Job Description
- Obtain description and quantity list of supplies/materials from client
- Study official documentation of project (SAGIA or Industrial License, Commercial Registration etc.) in order to fully understand project
- Translate and classify materials list according to ministry of trade requirements; reflect the importance of material to project in translation
- File for duty exemptions, duty exemption refunds, chemical permits, and temporary import permits as required
- Monitor status of duty exemption approvals and once received, forward to translation team
- Follow up on customs duty refund claims
- Draft contracts between client and Namma Cargo
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
