Job Description
- Ensure that customer requests are responded to effectively and efficiently
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed and resolved within agreed timescales
- Provide customer service coordinators with guidance in handling difficult or complex issues
- Guide, mentor, coach and offer assistance to customer service team
- Develop customer service procedures and standards within the customer service team
- Identify and implement customer service process improvements.
- Monitor performance
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of reports related to customer service at Namma Cargo
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
