Job Description
• Studies and understands all relevant project documents relating to project cost
• Assists in setting up the project(s) with computerized cost system upon agreed format
• Produces regular cost reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner
• Provides the critical assessment of all budgeted and cost projections
• Analyzes invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost
• Reports the difference between budgeted and actual results constantly
• Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
• Rolls out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
• Develops and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures• Commits to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
• Ensures that all cost related work complies with approved contract(s)
• Fulfils the roles as my be assigned
