Container Terminals Operations Manager

- Maintain a clear, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of all operational activities at the Terminal, and anticipate and prevent major problems.

- Support the day to day Shipside and Landside operations of NCT Terminal with sufficient planning and monitoring of its services in order to continually improve the standard of that service.

- Continuously monitor the operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource allocation

- Liaise with external customers to always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Liaise with the maintenance, safety, and support departments to ensure efficiency of the processes and maintain high productivity

- Ensure that all employees, under own responsibility, comply with the Company's health and safety policies.  

- Develop and analyze daily, weekly and monthly report and KPI to continuously monitor the activities performance

- Manage and develop white and blue-collar employees and ensure high level of productivity and availability.

- Strong communication Skills, bilingual (Arbic& English)
