Job Description

Monitor construction activities related to civil works
- Monitor the schedule and milestones
-
Review changes to schedule and drawings
-
Update all subordinates concerning schedule changes and work allocation
-
Provide targets to supervisors and ensuring their achievements
-
Follow up all purchase requests with procurement and material
-
Follow up with PMV and laydown for equipment and material
-
Prepare weekly update of all work undergone
-
Implement approved construction department’s policies, processes, and procedures
-
Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
-
Support in monitoring day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil works, experienced in different types of buildings, structures and underground utilities, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position.
- Ability to read drawings
- Familiar with MEP Works
- Communicate clearly and professional both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in Englis
