Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records
- Maintain general ledger
- Post journal entries
- Fixed asset processing and reporting
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with company audits
- Accruals, fixed-assets, revenue recognition and variance analysis
- Reconcile branch accounts
- Payroll
- Process monthly payroll
- Prepare vacation pay calculation
- Prepare employee final benefits
- Record new employee, joining report, deletion, interface under HRMS program
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
Skills
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Financial software, HRMS
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills
- Information/Records administration
- Numerical skills
