Job Description
Inserts and reconciles accounts payable and receivable.
Prepares petty cash, bank payment and, bank reconciliation.
Assists with VAT audits and VAT returns.
Prepares and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Supports month-end and year-end close process.
Verifies costing.
Assists in auditing financial information.
Assists in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting, and financial guidelines.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Updates financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Spots errors and suggests ways to improve.
Assists with other accounting projects.
Skills
Proven experience in accounting standard.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Familiarities with financial accounting statements.
Experiences with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Familiars with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
