Supervisor Procurement

Design and implement all material plans and ensure compliance to all purchasing policies and manage all communication for all purchasing activities and assist to buy all supplies and equipments and maintain quality for same.

* Experience should include purchasing, estimating, planning, cost/budgetary
* Possess considerable knowledge of the local market practices and the capabilityof local suppliers as well as local pricing customs and practices 
* Must be able to obtain a detailed knowledge of procurement regulations,instruction, policies and procedures
