Site Manager - MEP

Accountable for the successful execution of construction on specific construction areas from a quality, work scheduling, and effective resource utilization perspective

Review drawings for accuracy

Accountable for the management and performance of subcontractors on his construction site area

Ensure that levels of quality and safety standards are up to Nesma and client standards

Report to the Project Manager or Construction Manager on all matters pertaining to his construction site area

Change management, identifying out of scope activities

Liaises with consultants / sub-contractors engaged in the project

Ensure effective utilization of the Construction Department’s budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for Nesma and Partners and mitigates financial and operational risks
