Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan for Nesma Embroidery to achieve strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop customer database, and offer high quality, in-demand products in line with market needs
Work with management to identify the right product mix and pricing for products
Study the apparel market and identify new entry points for the companyCreate solid relationships with the procurement department of private and government customers to register Nesma Embroidery as a preferred vendor.
Stay up-to-date with the latest in the sewing and embroidery industry, identify areas for enhancement.
General responsibilities:
Manage, develop, and motivate employees and empower them to perform their roles and to uphold the Nesma culture and values.
Monitor business performance against relevant established KPIs.
Prepare monthly performance report to share with Nesma management.
