PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER

• Monitor the working of Pumping Station and the network communication devices.
• Organize shift operations of the RO Plant for round the clock operations.
• Manage the routinely required preventative maintenance activities done by the maintenance team. Responsible of leading the engineering related, expansions, and process improvements projects. Responsible of ensuring all of the equipment s including the blending vessels, pumps, chillers, boilers, etc.. are fully functional and being maintained on time.
• Able to read, create P&ID s for the plant and it s related projects.
• Direct activities of control systems repair workshop in the maintenance and repair works of the station control and RTV equipment's with the associated field transmitters, PLC controllers, Motor managers, Engine managers, Data Recorders and Valve actuators to ensure their good performance.
• Organize preventive maintenance works of the PLC and RTU systems installed in the Pumping Stations and attend to their emergency trouble shooting jobs.
• Utilize the human resources under him efficiently and safely.
• Advice and coordinate the procurement of all the spares and consumables needed for the maintenance of the various PLC, SCADA and other control systems and to make their inventory control.
• Organize and manage the activities of the instrument workshop in the maintenance and repair works of all the instruments such as Level instrumentation, Pressure measuring instrumentation, Flow metering instrumentation, Alarm annunciators, Fire alarms, Gas monitoring and detector systems, Battery chargers and other DC power supplies, MCC installed meters, public address systems, telephones and other communication equipment's, etc., connected to Pumping Stations and Package Treatment Plants to ensure their availability and good performance.
• Skills
• Industrial O&M Experience in Instrument and Control Systems including PLCs and Scada Automation of R.O Systems or continuous process industries, Strong core skills such as communication and computer skills are necessary, along with good literacy and innumeracy.

·        Graduate Engineer (Instrumentation / Electronics / Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
·        1+ plus years’ experience in similar job role.
·        You must have worked in the Water and/or Energy Sectors, and preferably have experience in:
·        Operation and maintenance for the water and wastewater treatment or utility plant
