- Assist transportation supervisor with all transport related activities.
- Communicate with customer service coordinators regarding transport scheduling with client.
- Prepare Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Send file to pre-billing team with all supporting documents.
- Ensure timely return of containers to shipping company.
- Obtain container deposit refund from shipping company.
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company value and staff moral.
