- Executes communications projects/contracts
- Manages and allocates engineering and labour resources
- Actively participates in planning and execution of relevant supply chain activities (e.g. logistics)
- Communicates timely human resource requirements/surpluses, employees’ status and related relevant information with COO
- Coordinates Quality and Safety related requirements with Quality and Safety
- Implements, performs and continuously improves Company’s and Group’s policies, procedures, systems (e.g. ISO) and other relevant standards
- Provides timely and accurate information about the status and progress of the projects and contracts to COO and to Finance and Controlling
- Prepares, proposes and revises (as necessary), annual project/contract budgets
- Reports regularly and accurately, to the COO and other stakeholders, the financial and operational progress and status of the projects/contracts
- Performs other tasks and/or delivers results as are assigned/requested by the COO from time to time
