Nesma & Alfadl Contracting Co. Ltd. for civil and building services, AGAP Arabia Ltd for industrial construction services and Nesma Emcor Co. Ltd for electro-mechanical services.

In 2004, the three companies operating under the umbrella of Nesma Construction Group were integrated and merged as Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd.
Nesma & Partners is a recognized leader in the fields of oil & gas, petrochemicals, power and water sector. The company is involved in major construction work in Saudi Arabia and Gulf region; and its construction expertise is constantly expanding with the application of new technologies.
