Job Description
Primary duties include but not limited to: The implementation and troubleshooting of advanced AD security policies for Windows Servers (2008 R2 & 2012 R2) and VMware software. Implementation management of SAN, NAS, Backup and Disaster Recovery and short project work. Secondary duties as assigned. Optimizing the existing infrastructure for latest upgrades and possible technology change.
Requires 7 years of technical experience, which applies to Windows, VMware, SAN, NAS, backup technologies.
Skills
• VCP certification is minimum
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere Suite
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Active Directory (2012 R2)
• In-depth knowledge of Storage Area Networks
• In-depth knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Strong network experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to self-learn new technologies via Video ILTs and subject literature
