Director Finance and Controlling

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.

• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

• Oversee the operations of the finance department.

• Support the forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs.

• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements

• Report to CEO on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

• Maintain banking relationships, cooperatively with the CEO.

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
