•Advanced understanding of Estimating core processes requiring minimal direction and supervision.
•Good experience, skill and knowledge of EPC and EPCM estimating methods, processes and procedures.
•Strong background and skill in generating quantity takeoff, statistical analysis, and cost price analysis.
•Sound experience in the preparation of estimates and use of work breakdown structures.
•Ability to work preliminary layout and design to generate conceptual and detailed pre-contract estimate.
•Experience in the preparation of techno-commercial bids for various projects to be submitted to clients including the assessment of risk involved, pricing strategy as well as finalizing bidding strategies.
•Experience in formulating technical and commercial response input during the tendering phase of projects. Prepares details of estimation of the job to be quoted. Review estimates to ensure, completeness and compliance with the defined scope of work as per the tender.
•Familiarity with QA system and compliance and HSE policies and procedures
•Familiar with American and European codes and standards.
•Competent in the use of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project, and have a good working knowledge in computerized estimating package.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
